At The Winchester Spa and Salon, we prioritize your safety and satisfaction with every treatment. Prior to your appointment, consultation forms and consent agreements are sent automatically via email and/or text to the contact information we have on file. These forms are sent 5 days before each appointment, allowing you to review and provide any necessary information. This ensures that our providers have a full understanding of your needs and preferences, so we can deliver the best possible experience tailored to you.

Cancellation, No-show, Refund & Return Policy
